Yes. We specialise in creating bespoke pieces tailored to your vision. From the initial consultation to the final creation, our expert jewellers work closely with you to ensure your jewellery is truly one of a kind.
How long does it take to receive a custom-made piece?
Typically, bespoke orders are completed within 3 to 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design. You’ll receive a CAD preview and quotation before production begins.
Are your diamonds ethically sourced?
Absolutely. All our diamonds and gemstones are ethically sourced and conflict-free, in full compliance with international standards, including the Kimberley Process.
Can I visit your studio or book a consultation?
Yes. We welcome in-person consultations by appointment. You may also book a virtual meeting with our team if you’re unable to visit us in person.
Do you offer resizing, repairs or cleaning?
We do. Jabour provides resizing, polishing, cleaning, and repair services for all pieces purchased from us. Simply get in touch with our support team to schedule your service.
